These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perfume Parliament website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Perfume Parliament is a brand owned and operated by AROMA D'VOGUE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. We compose and sell fragrance in small, numbered batches from Grasse and London. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AROMA D'VOGUE PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Perfume Parliament; "you" refers to the person placing an order or browsing the site. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. When you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

• Each fragrance is bottled in a limited run. Once a run sells out, it is not restocked to the same specification.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.
• Colour, packaging, and batch-to-batch scent variation are normal for naturally derived ingredients and are not defects.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we will refund any payment already taken for that order. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card or payment details.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address; we are not liable for orders delayed or misdelivered because of address details you gave us.

6. All sales are final

Because each bottle comes from a small, dated batch, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or ordering the wrong size. Please review a fragrance description carefully, or try it through our discovery set, before ordering the full bottle.

The only exception is an item that arrives damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what you ordered (for example, the wrong product). Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or, where a replacement isn't possible, a refund for that item. This exception does not extend statutory consumer rights beyond what is required by law in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its text, photography, and the Perfume Parliament name and marks are the property of AROMA D'VOGUE PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Prohibited use

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Reselling products purchased from us in a way that implies our endorsement, without our agreement.
• Submitting false information at checkout, including for the purpose of fraud or chargeback abuse.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Fragrance can trigger allergic reactions in sensitive individuals; if you have known sensitivities, patch-test before wider use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when changes were last made. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
